Where Students Become Professionals
Our Story
Educating Engineering Students Innovatively since 2017
The Educating Engineering Students Innovatively (EESI) is a program that addresses retention and matriculation challenges of college students enrolled in programs leading to undergraduate degrees in biomedical, chemical, civil, computer, electrical, environmental, industrial, and mechanical engineering. We increase the number of students with engineering baccalaureates by introducing experiential-oriented engineering education. EESI develops engineering students through groundbreaking engineering practice in the design and implementation of community engagement-, industry-, innovation-, or research- based projects. EESI inspires and motivates students to continue their pursuit of an engineering degree, while giving them professional skill sets that make them competitive in the STEM work field.
